1 box chocolate cake mix
2 c. heavy cream
2 tbsp. sweetened cocoa mix (quick)
2 tsp. instant coffee
Bake cake as directed. Split each layer in 3. Combine heavy cream, cocoa and coffee. Chill in refrigerator 1/2 hour before beating. Beat until stiff - like whipping cream. Ice between all 6 layers and top and side. Make at least 8 hours ahead. Freezes well. Thaw completely. My families favorite holiday dessert.
