1 lemon cake mix
1 pkg. lemon instant pudding
10 oz. 7-Up
4 eggs
3/4 c. oil

Mix all together and add 7-Up last. Bake in preheated oven at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes.

TOPPING FOR 7-UP CAKE:

1 c. crushed pineapple
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 tbsp. flour
1 stick butter

Cook until thick, add 1 small can coconut and pour over hot cake.
