7 - UP CAKE

1 box lemon cake mix
1 pkg. lemon pudding mix (instant)
3 eggs
1/2 c. Wesson oil
10 oz. bottle 7-Up

Use directions on cake mix for cooking.

ICING:

1 lg. can crushed pineapple
2 sticks butter
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 c. coconut
2 tbsp. cornstarch

Cook the above on low heat until thick.
