1 box lemon supreme cake mix
1 sm. box instant lemon pudding mix
4 eggs
3/4 c. oil
1 (10 oz. bottle or can) 7-up
Grease and flour tube pan. Bake at 350 degrees.
ICING:
1 lg. can crushed pineapple with juice
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. self-rising flour
1 stick butter
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. coconut
Combine all ingredients except coconut. Cook until thick. Add coconut. Let cool. Frost cake.
