7 - UP CAKE

1 box pineapple supreme cake mix
1 box Jello pineapple instant pudding mix
3/4 c. Crisco
4 eggs
10 oz. 7-Up

Mix all together and pour into 3 greased and floured 9 inch cake pans. Bake 30 to 35 minutes at 350 degrees.

FROSTING:

1 1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 big can crushed pineapple
1 stick butter
2 tbsp. flour
1 sm. can Angel Flake coconut

Cook first 5 ingredients until thick. Add coconut. Let cool. Put between layers and top of cake.
