1 box pineapple or yellow cake mix
1 sm. box vanilla instant pudding
4 eggs
3/4 c. oil
1 (10 oz.) 7-Up
ICING:
1 sm. can crushed pineapple (with juice)
1 stick butter
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 1/2 tbsp. flour
2 eggs
Mix well (in order) all ingredients. Bake in three 9 inch greased and floured cake pans. Bake at 325 degrees for 25 minutes.
Icing: Cook all ingredients until thickened. Cover between layers and top of cake. Frost sides with your favorite cream cheese frosting or use Betty Crocker frosting mix.
