INGREDIENTS
1 box yellow cake mix (or lemon supreme) or orange supreme
1 pkg. instant lemon pudding mix (or vanilla mix)
1/3 c. salad oil
1 c. apricot nectar (or fresh orange juice (or water)
4 eggs
COOKING DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine all ingredients. Mix well after each is added. Beat at medium speed 2 minutes. Pour into tube pan sprayed with Pam (or greased and floured) and place over a pan of water in oven. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
After cake bakes, punch holes in top of cake with meat fork. Let stand in cake pan. Prepare topping and pour over cake. Let cool about 3 minutes in pan. Place plate on cake pan, flip cake will be upside down. Place plate on cake and flip cake is now upright (enjoy).
TOPPING:
1 1/2 or 2 c. confectioners' sugar
1/3 c. lemon juice (or real lemon)
2 tbsp. butter
Mix and pour over warm cake. My favorite cake.

1 1/2 CUP PINEAPPLE CAKE
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
2 1/2 c. sifted flour
1 can crushed pineapple #2 size can
1 tsp. soda
Mix and bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes.
TOPPING FOR CAKE:
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 c. canned milk
1 c. coconut
1/2 tbsp. vanilla
3/4 c. sugar
1 stick of butter
1/4 c. chopped nuts
Cook first 4 ingredients until thick, stir while cooking then add walnuts, coconut and vanilla. Put on cake hot or cool.

TURTLE CAKE
INGREDIENTS
1 Devil's Food cake mix
1 cup water
3 eggs
8 oz. sour cream
1 cup chopped pecans
1/2 cup caramel ice cream topping
COOKING DIRECTIONS
Use the Tupperware Large Rock 'N Serve Container for this recipe. Mix cake mix, water, eggs and sour cream together. Sprinkle bottom of Rock 'N Serve with pecans. Puor cake mix on top of pecans. Spoon caramel topping over cake batter making sure not to touch sides of Rock 'N Serve. Microwave for 7 minutes then 7 minutes more on medium.
Let stand for 5-10 minutes before serving.

STRAWBERRY JELLO CAKE
INGREDIENTS
1 white cake mix
1 package strawberry jello
1 package frozen strawberrys
1 container topping like Cool Whip
COOKING DIRECTIONS
Bake cake according to directions. Mix Jell-o with 1 cup warm water. Make several holes in top of cake without going through and then pour Jell-o over cake.
Microwave strawberries until thawed and pour on cake.
Add Cool Whip over all and refrigerate until chilled.

2 boxes cook & serve Lemon pudding
1 tub of whipped topping

Bake cake as directed on box in 9x13 rectangle pan and set aside to cool in pan. Next cook pudding as directed and set aside to cool as well. When cake is cooled, cut about 6 holes 2/3 down and hollow out. Do not cut down to bottom of pan. Pour pudding all over top of cake and let drip in holes. Spread whipped topping all over top of cake, covering pudding and refridgerate for at least an hour.
