CHESAPEAKE BAY CRAB CAKE RECIPE

1 lb. crab meat
1 tsp. Old Bay seasoning
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. chopped parsley
1 tbsp. baking powder
1 tsp. mustard
1 egg, beaten
1/2 c. shredded cracker crumbs or bread crumbs

Mix all the ingredients. Shape into cakes. Fry quickly in deep skillet until brown.
