AMBROSIA CAKE

1 box Duncan Hines yellow or pineapple supreme cake mix
1/2 c. Wesson oil
3 eggs
1 sm. can mandarin orange segments with juice
1 sm. box vanilla instant pudding
1 can crushed pineapple with juice
1 (9 oz.) container Cool Whip

Mix cake mix, oil, eggs and mandarin oranges and juice. Beat 4 minute at medium speed. Put in 3 layer cake pans. Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Mix pudding mix and pineapple with juice. Stir and let stand for 5 minutes. Add Cool Whip. Put icing between layers and on top of cooled cake. Keep refrigerated.
