1 pkg. cake mix (yellow or lemon)
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
2 pkgs. instant pudding (vanilla or lemon)
1 lg. cream cheese, softened
Lg. container Cool Whip
Chopped cherries & nuts
Make cake as directed and set aside to cool. Mix 2 packages pudding with 3 cups of milk and beat until thickened. Add cream cheese to pudding and beat until smooth. Place pudding mixture over cooled cake and then place well drained pineapple over pudding. Top with Cool Whip and decorate with cherries and nuts. Keep in refrigerator until serving.
