PEACH CAKE DESSERT

CRUST:

1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. sugar
3/4 c. butter
1/4 tsp. salt
3 egg yolks

FILLING:

6 c. peaches, sliced
2 1/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. + 1 tbsp. flour
3 tbsp. butter

CUSTARD:

2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. milk & cream (combined)

Mix crust ingredients and press into 9"x13" pan. Pour filling mixture over crust. Pour custard over all. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Serve with whipped cream.
