AMARETTO CAKE

1 yellow cake mix (without pudding)
3 1/2 oz. instant vanilla pudding
1 tsp. almond extract
1/2 c. oil
4 eggs
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. Amaretto
1/3 c. chopped nuts (pecans)

GLAZE:

1 stick butter
1/4 c. water
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. Amaretto

Mix all ingredients, except for nuts. Beat high 2 minutes. Grease bundt pan. Sprinkle with nuts. Pour in batter. Bake at 325 degrees for 50 to 60 minutes. Cool 10 minutes.

Glaze: Mix all ingredients in saucepan. Boil 2 to 3 minutes. Remove cake on cooling rack or plate. Slowly pour glaze over cake.
