AMBROSIA CAKE

1 white cake mix
3 eggs
1/2 c. salad oil
1 can mandarin oranges

Mix cake mix, oil, eggs and mandarin oranges in a large bowl. Do not add anything else. Bake in a 9x13x2 inch pan according to the baking instructions on the back of the mix box.

ICING:

1 sm. can crushed pineapple
1 lg. container Cool Whip
1 lg. box vanilla pudding mix

Mix pineapple and pudding. Let stand for a few minutes. Add desired amount of Cool Whip to the pineapple mixture and spread over cooled cake.
