AMBROSIA CAKE

1 yellow cake mix
1/2 c. oil
4 eggs
2 sm. cans crushed pineapple, drained (save 2 tbsp. of juice)
1 can mandarin oranges, drained (save 2 tbsp. juice)
1 (3 oz.) pkg. instant vanilla pudding
1 (12 oz.) container Cool Whip

Combine cake mix, oil, eggs and oranges, with 2 tablespoons of juice. Mix until mixed well. Fold into a greased and floured 9 x 12 inch pan. Bake 30 minutes; let cool. In a separate bowl, combine Cool Whip, pudding and pineapple (with 2 tablespoons of juice). Frost and serve.
