CHERRY PIE FILLING CAKE RECIPE WITH ICING

Ingredients
1 package cake mix ( you can take yellow pudding-type cake mix or even white cake mix)
2 c. flour
1 c. sugar (better use powdered sugar, sifted type)
1 1/2 tsp. soda
1/4 tsp. salt
2 eggs, beaten
2/3 c. salad oil
1 can cherry pie filling (21 ounces are more than enough)

Cooking Directions
Prepare cake mix according to package directions. Mix all the ingredients together (will be crumbly). Add 1 can cherry pie filling. Mix with blender. Pour into 9 x 13 inch dish. Bake at 350° degrees for 30 to 35 minutes, until cake bounces back when lightly touched.
Below is the one mine looked like with yellow cake mix I used.

You can do some icing over it too while following the directions below

ICING:
Ingredients
8 oz. cream cheese
2 c. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
3 tbsp. melted butter

Directions
Blend together and spread over cooled cake. Easy cherry cake recipe with icing makes a delicious dessert.
