AMARETTA CUSTARD CAKE

1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1 pkg. (3 oz.) instant custard or vanilla pudding
2 eggs
1 1/4 c. milk
1/4 c. Amaretta liqueur
1/4 tsp. nutmeg

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour 12 cup tube pan (or Bundt pan).

Beat all ingredients in large bowl on low speed 1 minute. Beat on medium speed, scraping bowl often, 2 minutes. Pour into pan. Bake until wooden toothpick inserted in middle of cake comes out clean, 40-45 minutes. Cool 15 minutes. Remove from pan. Drizzle with glaze.

GLAZE:

1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
2 tbsp. Amaretta liqueur
2 tbsp. milk or light cream
Dash of nutmeg
Dash of salt

Mix until smooth.
