DIABETIC DEEP, DARK CHOCOLATE CAKE

2 oz. chocolate
1/2 c. shortening
6 oz. frozen unsweetened apple juice
2 eggs
1 c. flour
3/4 c. whole wheat flour
1/2 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
3/4 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Melt chocolate, add shortening. Mix in other ingredients. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.
