MARYLAND CRAB CAKE RECIPE

Maryland-Style Crab Cakes Recipe

Ingredients:

1 pound crab meat
1/4 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons minced parsley
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup soft bread crumbs
2 large eggs -- beaten
8 tablespoons butter

Directions:

Combine all ingredients except butter. Shape into patties and refrigerate 30 minutes.

Melt butter in a large skillet and saute crab cakes until golden brown on all sides, 5-7 minutes. Serve with lemon wedges and tartar sauce.

Ready in: 30-60 minutes

Serves/Makes:   8 pcs
