HOW TO MAKE DIABETIC CAKE

2 c. flour
2 tsp. soda
1/2 c. butter
1 egg
1 1/2 c. natural applesauce
1 tbsp. Sucaryl
1 c. chopped dates
1 c. chopped pecans
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. cinnamon

Mix flour and soda. Cream butter and add other ingredients one at a time, mixing after each addition well. Turn into greased 9 x 5 x 2 inch loaf pan and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or less. No icing.
