PINEAPPLE COCONUT CAKE ICING

1 c. crushed pineapple, undrained
1 tsp. flour
1 stick butter
1 c. nuts (if desired)
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 can or 14 oz frozen or flaked dehydrated coconut

Cook until thick: Pineapple, butter, eggs, flour and sugar. Add nuts and coconut. Pour over hot cake.
