7 UP CAKE

1 box lemon cake mix
3/4 c. oil
1 box pineapple or coconut cream pudding
1 (10 oz.) 7-Up
4 eggs

Mix all ingredients together well and pour into long pan and bake in 350 degree oven until done.

ICING:

1 stick butter
4 eggs
1 can (8 oz.) crushed pineapples
1 c. coconut
1 c. nuts
1 c. sugar
1 tbsp. flour

Melt butter. Add eggs, pineapples, sugar and flour. Stir until thicken. Remove from heat. Add coconut and nuts. Stir well and pour over cake in pan.
