7 UP CAKE

1 box lemon cake mix
4 eggs
1 c. oil
1 (10 oz.) bottle 7 Up
1 sm. pkg. lemon pudding

Mix all cake ingredients together. Bake in 3 or 4 layers.

ICING:

1 1/2 c. sugar
3 egg yolks
1 stick butter
1 can crushed pineapple, large
1 heaping tbsp. cornstarch

Cook until thick. Cool and add 1 cup coconut. Spread on cake.
