OLD FASHIONED FIG CAKE

2 c. flour
3 eggs
1 t. salt
1 c. buttermilk
1 t. baking soda
1 c. fig preserves
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. nuts
1 c. oil
1 t. vanilla

Combine flour, salt, soda, and sugar. Add oil and eggs, slowly add milk and preserves. Blend, adding vanilla. Pour into greased and floured bundt pan.

Bake at 325 for 45 minutes.
