1 box lemon supreme cake mix
1 box instant lemon pudding
1/2 c. oil
4 eggs
1 (12 oz.) bottle 7-Up
Mix and bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
FILLING:
1 lg. can pineapple, undrained
2 tbsp. flour
2 c. white sugar
2 eggs
1 stick butter
Cook on low heat until thick. Let cool, stir in 1 can coconut and 1 package pecans and spread over cake.
