1 box lemon cake mix
1 box coconut cream pie filling - not instant
1 c. oil
4 eggs
1 can 7-Up
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple and syrup
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 stick butter
1 (3 1/2 oz.) can coconut
3 tbsp. flour
Mix all ingredients and pour into round pans and bake at 350 degrees until done.
Bring all ingredients except coconut to boil over medium heat. Remove from heat and stir in coconut. Let cool for 12 minutes, then spread on cake.
