1 box lemon cake mix (Duncan Hines butter cake)
10 oz. 7-Up
4 eggs
1 box instant lemon pudding
3/4 c. Crisco oil
Mix cake mix and pudding in a bowl. Add 7-Up and eggs and rest of ingredients. Bake in 3 layers at 325 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.
ICING:
2 eggs
1 c. pineapple (crushed with juice)
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. coconut
Cook eggs, pineapple and sugar until thick. Let cool and then add coconut. Fill layers and top.
