1 box lemon cake mix
1/2 c. Crisco oil
1 can 7-Up
1 box lemon pudding
4 eggs
Mix well. Add 7-Up last. Use 3 pans to bake in.
FROSTING:
1 stick butter
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 pkg. frozen coconut
1 lg. can crushed pineapple
2 tbsp. flour
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped pecans
Combine all but coconut and pecans. Cook until thick, then add coconut and pecans and put on cake.
