1 lemon Supreme cake mix (Duncan Hines)
1 sm. pkg. lemon or pineapple instant pudding
3/4 c. cooking oil
4 eggs
1 (10 oz.) 7-Up
Bake at 350 for 30-40 minutes.
TOPPING:
1 stick butter
1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
2 eggs
1 sm. can crushed pineapple (drained)
1 c. coconut
Cook butter, sugar, flour, eggs and pineapple until thick. Cool and add coconut. Spread over cooled cake.
