1 box yellow cake
4 eggs
1 box pineapple instant pudding
3/4 c. oil
10 oz. bottle 7-Up
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
2 beaten eggs
1 stick butter
1 c. crushed pineapple
1 can shredded coconut
Mix cake, eggs, pudding and oil until light and fluffy. Add 7-Up and beat well. Pour in 9x13x2 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes or until done.
Blend sugar, flour, add beaten eggs, butter, and pineapple. Cook over medium heat, constantly stirring, until thick. Remove from heat and add coconut. Spread over hot cake.
